The HUD is a unique environment for creative minds and working artists. Our recently renovated vintage building currently features artists, dancers, and designers. This distinctive and collaborative space offers studio rentals and holds events monthly, showcasing local talent. Come for the art, stay and meet the artists. Art Happens Here! WAV ( Working Artists Ventura)

The WAV (Working Artists Ventura) is a state-of-the-art community, designed for artists and creative businesses, and is located in the Downtown Cultural District of Ventura, California. WAV offers affordable living and work space for painters, photographers, sculptors, dancers, musicians, writers, actors, filmmakers, and more. Our Theater Gallery space comes to life with performances, films, art exhibitions, concerts, workshops and classes. Vita Art Center

The Vita Art Center provides diverse art experiences for individuals and the community through classes, exhibitions, special events and community outreach programs. Vita’s art gallery exhibits contemporary fine art in all mediums with a new opening the first Friday of every month. Open every First Friday 6-9pm, Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, and weekends by appointments.

Bell Arts Factory
432 North Ventura Avenue
Home to 27 artist studios and the Tool Room Gallery  that are open to the public First Fridays of each month. Artists can be seen working or displaying their art on days when there are special events taking place in the Tool Room Gallery or Community Room. Open every First Friday 6-9pm.

Art City Studios

Twenty years in the making, Art City has evolved into a dynamic environment that allows artists to create in an artistically supportive atmosphere. Paul Lindard had a vision of a place where sculptors could work together and sell their art. Art City is a culmination of that vision. Open every First Friday 6-9pm, and Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm.

Buddha’s Garden

Buddha’s Garden and gallery features rotating exhibitions of art by local artists of Ventura County. The beautiful, heart warming showroom features various works of art from Asia. A visit to Buddha’s Garden is a genuine soul elevating experience. Open every First Friday 6-9pm, and Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-6pm, and Sunday 12-4pm.
